
As part of our concierge services for clients, we generate report documentation for your Funded Advertising Campaigns. We do not submit your claims for payment, but we will provide you with the reports required so you can easily submit them. For all brands except GE, we email reports to you on the 1st or the 15th of each month, depending on your invoice date.
These reports come from AffluentBridge™ ([email protected]) with a subject line beginning with Your Monthly Report:. Check your spam folder if you expect a report and do not see it in your inbox.
The reports are for the previous month/30 days, so when you submit your claim, match the start date of the report with the date on the invoice.
If you aren’t receiving the reports or need us to add someone to your list, contact us, and we will add them.
